Royalty distribution is made within 60 business days after the end of the reporting period.
The distribution includes fully paid Orders that ended in the reporting period.
The royalties are distributed between the phonograms of the works that were downloaded during the validity period of the Order and the Reporting Period.
Reporting period - calendar year.
The distribution currency is the euro.
Payment is made:
- if the amount of charges is more than 100 euros;
- on the basis of a request for payment from the Licensor created in the online portal or receiving an appeal to the email author@expertmusic.net;
- to PayPal, Payoneer or Licensor's bank account;
- The commission for the transfer of funds is paid by the Licensor.
If the Licensor does not comply with the requirements specified in the Agreement, the Company has the right to unilaterally suspend the payment of remuneration (royalties) to the Licensor until receipt of documents confirming that the Licensor has fulfilled these requirements and eliminated the violations.
