Requests to the Support Service

The main reasons for the requests:

1. Notify about filling out personal information and uploading music – so that our managers could verify your information, as well as prepare and send you the Agreement

2. Technical issues: difficulties when working with the Portal

3. Changes of the information specified in the Profile that took place after signing the Agreement

4. Ask a question, etc.
