Music uploading

You are legally responsible for the uploaded music and the specified information.

1. You can go to the “Music” page from the “Main Page”:

Non-exclusive rights (by default) – You can place these tracks on other platforms, transfer non-exclusive rights to labels and publishings.
Exclusive rights (put a tick mark in the checkbox) – You transfer the right to allow and to prohibit the use of uploaded tracks exclusively to our company. At the same time, you lose the right to place these tracks on other platforms, transfer the rights to labels and publishings (if you have previously transferred the rights, you have to specify: the transferee, the object of right, the period and territory).

Each track is a soundtrack of a musical composition:

Soundtrack and performance are objects of related rights (there are always a performer and a producer of a soundtrack);
Musical composition is an object of copyright (there is always a composer, and sometimes also an author of lyrics).

After all the tracks have been uploaded and all the required fields have been filled in, click “Upload”

Be sure to wait for 100% upload of all files

All files should appear in the table “Uploaded successfully”.

If any of the files appear in the table “Not executed”, they need to be uploaded again.

Please note that the uploaded tracks should be in WAV or MP3 format, not less than 320 kb/s.

Entering personal information to sign the Agreement
